What UGCut does

UGCut is an iOS app for iPhone. The documented working build has a script editor, scene setup, recording and takes, editable captions, timeline edits, music, preview and export, and JSON plan import. The scene-first recorder still needs physical iPhone acceptance. None of these features is publicly available through the App Store yet.

UGCut does not write your scripts, ideas or other creative text. You bring the creative direction and choose your takes.

Availability

The UGCut website and waitlist are live. The iPhone app has no public App Store listing. Public 1.0 is planned to start with the editor, accounts and manual planning. The marketplace depends on legal and payment gates; the course and direct publishing have separate release gates.

Free and Pro

The V1 plan includes the full core editor on Free. Free exports in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9 at 1080p with a watermark. Pro removes the watermark and adds 4K for 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1. The 16:9 export stays at 1080p on both tiers.

Planned UGCut Pro base prices are EUR 12.99 per month or EUR 79.99 per year for the same entitlement. There is no lifetime plan. The App Store will show your local price before purchase; exact local prices are not measured yet.

When the course opens, Free includes one full lesson and its drill; the full course requires Pro. When the marketplace opens, browsing is free, while applying to briefs and accepting invites require an eligible creator with Pro. Funded deals remain usable after Pro lapses. Manual calendar and sharing are planned for Free. Direct publishing will require Pro and platform approval. Creator and brand MCP access will be free at every tier when released.

At marketplace launch, brands will pay a 5 percent service fee and creators will keep 100 percent of the listed deal amount. Marketplace payments will run through the web portal, not an in-app purchase. The marketplace is not live.

Data and help

The core editor can run without an account. Recordings and offline exports stay on your iPhone unless you choose to upload files for an online feature. Those online features are not available to customers yet. Read how data flows and the privacy policy for details.
