How UGCut handles your data

Local editing

The core editor can run without a UGCut account. Scripts, recordings, takes, captions and offline exports stay on your iPhone during editing. You can edit and export without uploading creator content to UGCut.

Chosen online uploads

Marketplace delivery, scheduled posts and hosted assets are planned online features. They may send files you choose to submit to a backend and private storage. These features are not available to customers yet. Storage access, retention, recovery and deletion behavior for those features have not been verified for a public release.

Website, accounts and help

If you join the waitlist, the website processes your email address. Optional accounts and plan handoffs are described in the privacy policy. First-party app analytics are planned as an opt-in with creator content excluded from events. That plan is not a claim that those analytics are live.
